University Days in Cedarburg

May of 2010 the Quilt Museum had University Days.  That weekend I had my debut of teaching.  I taught/lectured about fusing.  I had each of the students cut up some fused hand dyed fabrics to make a postcard size piece of art.  One of my students Deborah sent this to me.  I thought it was really cute..

In 2010 I took a class about using fusibles at the Wisconsin Quilt Museum University days taught by Laura Krasinski.  This was my first experience with fusibles, Laura made it easy and fun.  I made the flower in the class and liked it so much that I turned it into the cover for my needlebook.
